Hot off the press: The Hofer indulgence guide

The Hofer Guide to Beef Sausage is published in a new edition. Hot off the press and on the best Gmunder paper it tops off the plea­sura­ble expe­ri­ence for cus­to­mers, visi­tors and tou­rists in the butcher‘s shops in Hof with num­e­rous infor­ma­ti­on and anec­to­des rela­ting to the deli­cious Hof spe­cial­ty. Because: since 2011 the Hofer beef sausage has been a regis­tered Euro­pean luxury brand and the­r­e­fo­re a real flag­ship of the Upper Fran­co­nia culina­ry region. Our design: as appe­tiz­ing as the product.
