Hot off the press and on the best Gmunder paper it tops off the plea­sura­ble expe­ri­ence for cus­to­mers, visi­tors and tou­rists in the butcher‘s shops in Hof with nume­rous infor­ma­ti­on and anec­to­des rela­ting to the deli­cious Hof spe­cial­ty. Because: since 2011 the Hofer beef sausage has been a regis­tered Euro­pean luxury brand and the­re­fo­re a real flagship of the Upper Fran­co­nia culi­na­ry region. Our design: as appe­ti­zing as the product.
